SKIP THE TRIP!

As the weather is warming and summer is here, use the online services to Skip the Trip to Logan County Motor Vehicle Office.

Our hectic lives have turned us into a culture of convenience. No one wants to wait in line when a few cell phone taps will do the job. The same is true about your local motor vehicle office, especially as the weather warms and Coloradans get the itch to be outside in the sunshine and fresh air.

Fortunately, the Logan County Motor Vehicle and our partners with the Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles understand most would rather go hiking, fishing or biking rather than renew their motor vehicle registration.

Fret not, convenience –minded Coloradoans, because for most services we offer the trip can be skipped.

The following can be done online at www.mydmv.colorado.gov:

  • request a duplicate title,
  • add or change a vehicle address,
  • submit a first-time registration for a new vehicle,
  • replace tabs,
  • replace EV decal,
  • replace license plates,
  • apply for first -time ADA placards,
  • manage ADA placards,
  • renew stickers,
  • get a transaction receipt,
  • personalized plate information,
  • report release of liability for a vehicle you no longer own

There are more than 35 services available online at mydmv.colorado.gov giving you plenty of reasons to skip the trip.

Need to renew your vehicle registration or report that you have sold a vehicle?  Take care of it online.

Your time is valuable and as much as we love helping you out, we’d rather you enjoy the warmer weather than spend it at our motor vehicle office.  So next time you need to take care of something with us, remember to skip the trip and use mydmv.colorado.gov
